Must be more than 25mm if not refer to difficult window sills
A = How wide the radiator from (valve to valve)
X wide = for anything that is next to the radiator and may cause obstruction to radiator cover.
B = How high is radiator from floor to top of radiator,
We will add on 50 mm = 2 inch for airflow to the cover.
C = The depth is from the wall to the front of the radiator.
D = From floor to underside of obstructions that are above the radiator such as window sill, etc
